As a major provider of affordable and thorough non-invasive inspections we are certified by InterNACHI and provide the customer with a computer generated report full of colored digital photographs using Home Inspector Pro software. Reports are professionally presented in a binder helping make your negotiating process straight forward and easy to understand.

 

 

 

A little History

    I guess you could say construction work is in my blood, from my grandfathers  to my dad, then to me. I studied architecture and engineering in high school. After graduating, I went into construction having spent every year since learning something new every day. I have worked for myself, attended JCCC, and have and have been a Journeyman of two local unions. Early in life I painted houses, built cabinets, did handyman work, and was a volunteer fire fighter. I  have held many certifications and have always taken pride in a projects outcome.

    Together, we bring over 50 years of experience in three trades. We have decided to branch out of the construction industry into the home inspection business. After several home purchases and seeing the need for a qualified individual who has actually worked on projects and developed the skills over years of blood, sweat, and tears in the construction industry, "we heve arrived".

Process

    My reports are typically done at my residence after gathering all the information I need. The reason I do this is to ensure you, the customer, a very accurate report. I take my time and deliver it to you the next day. If you live out of the general area, I can give you a discount. This is done by just giving an online report leaving the physical printing and presentation up to you. The report is exactly the same.
